Design-partner pilots

One workflow. Bounded, read-first, and measured.

A design partner brings one recurring case that crosses systems and nobody owns end to end. We scope it, read the evidence, and run it with your approver in the loop against a measure we agreed beforehand. If we do not think it will hold, we say so before you pay for it.

What a pilot is, and is not

Four boundaries, stated before we ask you for anything.

Read-first

We start from an export or a read-only connection. A pilot writes nothing into your systems, so the worst case is that we read your data and are wrong about it.

One case family

Not a department and not a platform rollout. One recurring case, scoped narrowly enough that the result is attributable to it.

Your approver, throughout

Every action waits for a named person in your house. Nothing is automated during a pilot, including by us.

A measure agreed first

We write down what we are trying to move and how it is measured, before it runs. Afterwards is too late to agree it honestly.

Who you are actually dealing with

Three parties, and one of them decides.

  • TeamIntel holds the evidence, keeps the case open, enforces the approval threshold and records the outcome. It decides nothing.
  • The operator — No Boring Shops for commerce, Remote Native for professional services — owns the business outcome and is the party on your contract.
  • Your house names the approver, keeps signing authority and decides. Every material action waits for one of your people, whoever runs the workflow.

An operator configures the workflow. It gains no approval right, cannot lower a threshold you set, and cannot execute an action your approver has not released — and its access sits in the same record as everything else. You can audit the operator, not only the outcome.

Discuss an operational workflow

Tell us about one case. We will tell you honestly whether it fits.

Four of the questions below are the ones that decide it — a bounded recurring case, evidence we can read first, an owner and an approver you can name, and a measure we can agree before it runs. If one of them has no answer today, the form says which and why, and that is not a rejection.

Four of these are gates. If one has no answer today that is not a no — it is a different first step, and the form will say which one and why.

We use what you send here to answer you and to judge whether the workflow fits. Nothing is passed on, and you can ask us to delete it at any point.
