Fixed prices, fixed scopes, and a point where you can stop.
You are not buying software you then have to operate. You are buying finished cases, and you pay for the ones that are finished. Two rungs carry a public figure; the first shift is a fixed price per queue, worked out from the volume and turnaround you name — publishing a range before knowing those would be a guess wearing a number.

What counts as a completed case
We charge for finished work. Here is what finished means.
Charged
- The case ran the whole way through — nothing left open for someone else to finish
- Your named approver released it
- It arrived in the destination system you named
- It met the agreed quality threshold
Not charged
- Anything your approver rejected or sent back
- Rework, retries and anything the system did with itself
- Reading, assembling a case file or quantifying something
- The work sample, which is free by definition
Three things make that number mean anything: the turnaround, the quality threshold and the named approver. All three are written into the first shift before it starts. Drop any one of them and a fixed price per case is just a number — you would have no way to tell whether you got what you paid for.
A filled clerical post costs you EUR 65,000 to 95,000 a year in the plan. An unfilled one costs the same and closes nothing.
