When you visit this site
The hosting provider processes necessary connection data, such as your IP address, time and requested page, to serve and protect the site. The hosting provider and log retention periods will be added before public launch. This website does not save your language or edition selection on your device and uses no analytics or advertising trackers. If you choose your customer region, only that preference is saved in the ti_customer_region cookie for one year. The cookie is not set unless you make a choice. Fonts are served locally.
Choosing your customer region
In the footer you can choose EU or non-EU, or return to automatic detection. When automatic country detection is configured, we use a country code supplied by our hosting provider or a local IP geolocation database. This lookup does not send your IP address to an additional geolocation service or store it in the provider-selection function. If no country is available, the EU provider is the default provider. When the local GeoLite2 database is used, its data comes from MaxMind and includes GeoNames data (CC BY 4.0).
When you start Maya
The conversation demo is not currently enabled on this website. The buttons open a notice with a link to the app. No microphone is requested, no demo service is loaded and no conversation is captured.
Continuing to the app
An app link passes only your language, edition and, where selected, role, situation and requested plan. An enabled demo can add a short-lived one-time code. Conversations and feedback are never put into a URL as plain text. Practice is linked to your account only after you choose to keep it in the app.
Your rights
You can request access, correction, deletion, restriction and portability of your personal data. Where applicable, you may withdraw consent or object to processing. Contact us at the address above. You can complain to a data protection supervisory authority.
Before public product launch, this notice will be completed with final hosting, provider, legal basis and retention details.
